Neon Opal Creative Studios is a boutique agency focused on purpose-fueled organizations—nonprofits, social enterprises, B-Corps, and impact-driven companies doing work that transforms lives and makes our world better.
We're not a massive agency with layers of account managers. We're a lean, strategic team that works directly with you to build digital presence and brands that match your ambition.
We take 4-6 selective projects annually. That's intentional. We're not interested in churning through clients. We're interested in deep partnership with organizations doing important work.

Melissa Talkington
Founder, Neon Opal Creative Studios
Meet Melissa. She's a creative, an artist, a designer and developer who's spent her career building digital products for purpose-fueled organizations. In addition to running Neon Opal Creative Studios, Melissa is currently the UI Development Leader at Hearing First.
She brings deep expertise in user experience design, frontend development, creative direction, and strategic thinking about how technology serves real people. She strives to leave the world a little better than she found it.
