Working With Us

  Collaboration & Partnership

Building the Most Epic Brand Together

We're good at what we do. But the best projects happen when we both show up ready to partner. Here are some things that help make collaborations with us successful.

Tips to Rock This

You're Clear on Goals

You know what success looks like—more donors, better engagement, stronger credibility, whatever. You might not know if you need a rebrand or a website to get there (that's our job), but you're clear on the outcomes that matter.

You're Ready to Invest Time

Good work requires your participation. Strategy sessions. Feedback at key milestones. Decisions when needed. We're talking 2-4 hours upfront, then 30-60 minutes at review points—not daily calls.

You Have Decision-Making Authority

Someone needs to say "yes, let's do this" without requiring approval from 15 people. Collaborative input is great. Consensus from a huge committee kills projects.

You're Open to Pushback

We're strategic partners, not order-takers. Sometimes your idea won't work. Sometimes there's a better approach. We'll tell you—and we expect you to hear it.

You Trust the Process

Strategy takes time. Good design requires iteration. Development can't be rushed. When we say 8-10 weeks, we mean it. Quality takes time.

What We Need From You

Timely Information

Content, images, brand assets, stakeholder access—when we ask for it, not three weeks later.

Honest Feedback

Tell us when something isn't working. Don't wait until final delivery to say "this isn't what we wanted."

Realistic Expectations

If your budget is $5K and timeline is 2 weeks, we're not the right fit. We'll tell you what's realistic.

Patience With the Process

Every project has a messy middle. Early concepts that need refinement. Designs that need iteration. This is normal—it's how good becomes great.

What You Can Expect From Us

Strategic Thinking

We don't just build what you ask for. We think through whether it's the right solution and whether there's a better approach.

Clear Communication

Realistic timelines. Regular updates at milestones. Honest assessment of progress and challenges.

Quality Work

We don't cut corners. We don't ship half-finished work. When we deliver, it's tested, polished, and ready.

Honest Recommendations

Sometimes the best advice is "don't build this" or "spend less than you planned." We'll tell you the truth even when it costs us work.

How Projects Typically Flow

The Reach Out (Week 0)

You submit inquiry → We review within 2-3 days → If good fit, we send proposal with scope, timeline, pricing

Discovery & Strategy (Weeks 1-2)

Kickoff meeting → Stakeholder interviews → Research → Strategy development → Alignment on approach

Design & Development (Weeks 3-10)

Initial concepts → Feedback and refinement → Building and development → Check-ins at key milestones (not daily updates)

Launch & Handoff (Weeks 10-12)

Final review → Revisions → Training → Launch → Documentation → 30-60 days support period

Timelines vary by project. This is typical for comprehensive work. Smaller projects move faster.

Investment & Timelines

Strategy/Consulting: $2,500-$10,000 | 2-4 weeks

Design Projects: $800-$15,000+ | 4-8 weeks

Web Development: $10,000-$40,000+ | 8-12 weeks

Comprehensive (Multiple Studios): $15,000-$40,000+ | 10-16 weeks

These are ranges. Your specific project gets specific pricing after discovery.

When It's Not a Good Fit

Your timeline is under 4 weeks → Quality work takes time. We can't deliver our best in rushed timelines.

Budget is the primary driver → We focus on value and outcomes, not being the lowest bid.

You need exact replication of a competitor → We build strategic solutions based on your unique mission, not derivative work.

Decision-making requires extensive approvals → We work best with clear decision-makers who can move projects forward.

You're looking for pure execution → We're strategic partners who think alongside you, not vendors who just take orders.

If these don't align with your needs, we'll be honest about fit and often recommend better options for your situation.

Common Questions

Can we work remotely or do you require in-person?

Primarily remote with video calls. In-person possible for Oklahoma clients or by arrangement.

Can we hire you for just one service?

Yes. Strategy-only, design-only, or development-only all work. We prefer comprehensive but understand budgets and phasing.

What if we need changes after launch?

Minor changes during support period are included. Additional work can be handled hourly or as new projects.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, when appropriate.

What if the partnership isn't working?

Please try to address it early. Most issues resolve with honest communication. Projects can be terminated if necessary (terms in contract).

How involved will we be?

We involve you at decision points that shape the work—initial strategy, design direction, major milestones. Between those moments, we're executing so you don't have to manage every detail.

Ready to Partner?

If this approach resonates—if you're ready to invest time and trust alongside budget—we should talk.
